Residential
Residential construction & renovation.
Renovations, additions, repairs and exterior improvements for homeowners in New York City and Long Island, with project availability based on the scope, location and applicable local licensing requirements.
How We Work
A homeowner should not have to manage every trade.
A renovation can involve demolition, carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing and finish work. Gazelle helps organize those moving parts so you have a clear scope, direct communication and one place to go when a question comes up.
Before work begins, we work through the requested scope and major decisions. During construction, we coordinate access, trades and changes as they arise. At the end, final items are reviewed and the project is closed out in an orderly way.
