About
A general contractor focused on making the work easier to manage.
Gazelle Construction LLC works with homeowners, businesses, owners, investors and property managers on residential and commercial construction across New York City and Long Island.
The Company
Construction is complicated enough. The contractor should make it clearer.
Gazelle was built around a straightforward idea: define the work, communicate clearly, bring in the right people for each scope and keep responsibility for coordinating the project in one place.
Our work ranges from residential renovations and property improvements to commercial interiors, masonry, building repairs, demolition, site work and recurring maintenance. Some jobs involve one focused scope. Others involve several trades and outside professionals. Gazelle’s role is to organize those moving parts around the property and the client’s goal.
We do not limit the company to only the exact scopes shown in the portfolio. The project gallery demonstrates experience, while our service offering is built around the broader construction needs homeowners, businesses and property owners regularly bring to a general contractor.
How We Operate
The standards behind the work.
Hands-on project management
The people who walk the property, discuss the scope and price the work stay involved as the project moves forward.
Clear communication
We put the scope in writing, discuss changes when they come up and work to keep the client informed instead of guessing what is happening.
Practical problem-solving
Existing buildings rarely match a perfect drawing. We work through the conditions the property actually presents and coordinate the right solution for the scope.
Accountable coordination
Gazelle coordinates qualified subcontractors and licensed specialty trades where required, with one company responsible for organizing the work and closeout.
Where We Fit
Residential. Commercial. Property support. New construction.
The company is built to serve more than one type of client. That includes homeowners renovating a property, managers handling recurring building work, businesses improving commercial space and owners planning larger construction projects.
